USES FOR: Post-wash, skin prep lotion before moisturizing. Astringent usually is promoted for oily skin as a clear liquid containing mostly alcohol but with other ingredients. The alcohol quickly evaporates and dissipates but leaves the ingredients behind on the skin for quick absorption and refreshment.
