Shipping Destinations
We will ship to any address within the United States and Canada, including PO Box and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

RETURN POLICY
You may return or exchange any new or unopened item purchased from our website only, for any
reason, within the ten (10) days of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return an order that was placed with the free shipping promotion, you will be issued a refund less the standard shipping/handling cost that would have been charged on the order. Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, or are missing original packaging materials are subject to a 30% restocking fee.If you received a damaged or a defective product, we will gladly exchange your product or
give you a full refund. All returned items must contain all the original packaging materials.
To request a return or an exchange, please contact us at info@lanternbeauty.com to request a return authorization. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return in the email. We do not accept returns without an authorization. It is recommended that you ship the return with tracking information. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments
